For STK Push it activates instantly. For manual payment, admin verifies within 30 minutes. If waiting over 1 hour, contact us on WhatsApp with your M-Pesa Transaction ID.

STK Push not showing on my phone? +

Check your network signal, M-Pesa is active, phone number is correct (format 07XXXXXXXX) and M-Pesa balance is sufficient. Wait 30 seconds and try again. If still failing, use Manual Payment instead.

How long do withdrawals take? +

Most withdrawals are processed within 1-6 hours during business hours. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days. You'll receive an email notification when approved.

My withdrawal was rejected — what do I do? +

Check the rejection reason in your email. Common reasons: incorrect payment details, insufficient balance, or system verification. Correct the issue and resubmit. Contact support if you need help.

I forgot my password — how do I reset it? +

Go to netlinkagencies.linkpc.net/resetpassword, enter your email or username and you'll receive a reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email within 5 minutes.

My referral activated but I didn't get commission? +

Make sure they used your unique referral link when registering. Commission is only paid for registrations done through your link. Contact support with both usernames if you believe this is an error.

Can I change my registered email? +

Email changes require admin verification for security. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your username and reason for the change. We'll process it within 24 hours.

My WhatsApp advert screenshot was rejected? +

Make sure your screenshot clearly shows: the WhatsApp viewers list with the eye icon and number of viewers, and that the NETLINK AGENCIES advert is visible. Take a clearer screenshot and resubmit.

Can I have two accounts? +

No. Only one account per person is allowed. Multiple accounts will result in permanent suspension of ALL accounts without refund.

How do I claim the Karibu Bonus? +

Get 20 Level 1 referrals (people who register AND activate using your link), then go to Dashboard → Karibu and click Claim KES 100 Karibu Bonus. The bonus is added instantly!

Is NETLINK AGENCIES available in my country? +

Try these: 1) Clear your browser cache 2) Try a different browser (Chrome works best) 3) Check your internet connection 4) Try turning mobile data off and on 5) If still not loading, the site may be under maintenance — check our Telegram channel for updates.

Tasks not showing in dashboard? +

Refresh the page or log out and log back in. If tasks still don't show, clear your browser cache. Make sure your account is fully activated — tasks only appear for activated accounts.

Balance not updating after completing a task? +

Some tasks like WhatsApp Adverts require admin verification before balance is updated. Wait a few minutes and refresh your dashboard. If balance still hasn't updated after 1 hour, contact support.

Email notifications not arriving? +

Check your spam/junk folder first. Add info@netlinkagencies.co.ke to your contacts to prevent emails going to spam. If still not receiving emails, contact us to verify your email address is correct.
